It's what you get for the value, they need to get back to the original way of how they became famous

Ordered a 20 pack of nuggets which is not cheap and get home to see they are burnt . Checked my reciept to see I was charged .30 cents for each packet of mayo sauce . When you spend 40$ at a fast food restaurant its obsered to charge that much for a sauce packet .

I just came from McDonald's. This location is really close to my house. From home Depot. Not a first time. But today I can't believe. I was there 1235 am. They told me we re just changing oil wait for 15 to 20 min. I said ok np. Then I went back after 20 min. They told we still changing oil. It need heat up. I said ok np. Agina after I went. They told me. Oil all on floor. So we can't do chicken. I was shock wen say that. I was so dispointed. Really bad service. I was eating outside for almost 45 min.

I use this location often - mainly drive through coffee or breakfast or lunch in the daytime. It's fast and accurate on the orders. This time however I went to get some Chai tea on sick daughters request on a Saturday night and I popped into the washroom. Toilet wasn't working right and some characters in and around the place made me want to get out promptly. Customer Service rep very helpful - no Chai tea but she suggested another restaurant. Conclusion - fine place for drive through or daytime and not staffs fault but a good restaurant in a sketchy area of Surrey.

Went thru the drive thru. Was pretty quick, service was better than some of the McDonald's I've been to recently

When you get a coffee from Drive thru, be sure to have a sip before you leave (Mine tasted like water).

Usually gets your order wrong or miss a item you’ll most likely get someone’s hair in your burger on the usual.There’s a high possibility of catching cornavirus from here.

The last time I was here the washroom was invested with crawly bugs. Not the case this time. Nicely done, McDonald's.

Went in for a quick bite.. friendly staff very helpful..recieved our food promptly...plenty of parking..wheelchair accessible..🖒🇨🇦🇬🇧✌

We went there five minutes before closing. But they give our meal and when it was closed we were still eating. They did not tell us to leave. They just told us that we are going to lock the door. Let nobody come in please. The staff was so friendly. There was a boy who don't know Punjabi but he spoke some words . That experience was so nice.

Love this McDonalds. Most friendly and efficient staff of all McD’s in Surrey.

The only good thing is the location. Went through drive through got cold raw mcmuffin meals. Asked the manager why ? She actually touched my mcmuffin with her bare hands and handed it back to me. So check your drive through meal here folks . They're for the quik money grab and off yoh go.

Usually a better location but tonight ice cold fries, rock hard bun, and a coke zero that was brown bubbles. Hey your coke zero syrup ran out! Very dissapointing

I had the seriously chicken. Was surprised at how good it was. Fresh lettuce , tomato, onion. Didn’t feel like fast food. I took away two stars. Only two guests in house including myself at 5:30 pm. On a holiday. Dirty trays on tables and the washroom wasn’t what you’d expect. I should mention the counter staff was very polite and fast !!I recently removed 2 stars. This is my reason.. unable to get any ice cream at this location. This is two summers in a row... with no ice cream. Seems like every McDonald’s on the planet serves it but this one. I’m going to remove the last remaining start next Time I stop in for a meal and am unable to order myself desert.

This restaurant needs a MAJOR change, the washrooms are disgusting light fixtures ripped apart, to dispenser barley hanging on the wall, needles and garbage all over the restaurant and parkinglot

Fast service, friendly staff.

Awesome customer service and friendly staff. Only issue is both my egg BLT bagels were missing the tomatoes. So I guess I paid for 2 egg BLTs but got 2 egg BL's instead.

Retried this McDonald's after a year hoping that it had improved. Sadly no. Order slow. Order wrong. As usual at this location.

I got a high end chicken sandwich. 1st one was not even close to together as cheese was melted on the side. 2nd one came with chicken on the side. Lots of ketchup available but no cups to hold it with.

I don't know why they offer "Mobile Service" in the parking lot. I waited 40 minutes for my order! Had to go inside anyway as they'd forgotten about me. Save yourself the headache and use the drive thru.. Somewhere else!!

You get what you expect. Plus IMO the best fries (if salted properly...lol)

Wow, what a poorly managed location!! Both of our McMuffins were OLD stale and nearly inedible, and this translucent water is supposed to be orange juice!??

The young professional Navi with glasses served me today. She was polite & friendly, as well as an manager who gave me the most bang for my buck. She altered my order choices into a "combo" and ended up convincing me a larger size fries for 3 dollars cheaper. My meal was made quickly and the food was hot. Highly recommended if your looking for a fast and hot meal on a budget.

Spent a good 5 minutes tap-tapping our way through ordering at a kiosk which then froze and wouldn't let us complete the order. Then lined up to order with the 1 human clerk who then informed us there were no salads, got one part of the order wrong and somehow entered the order as a pick up for skip the dishes so it sat for 10 minutes in a different part of the counter than where we were waiting to pick up the order. Tables & seats were left dirty with no sign of anyone checking to clean things up.

Food is on par with other McDonald's. But this restaurant need to have some pride. I came into this location and there was no other customer in the restaurant. I saw garbage and dirty trays on all the tables and the floors. There were a number of staff behind the counter just talking to each other and not caring about how the restaurant looked. Definitely avoid this location!

The manager is listening to out remarks and fix it right away.

OMG SUCH A HORRBILE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR KIDS AND EAT THE PLAY PLACE WAS FILTHY!!!!! I FOUND 4 BIG MACS ON THE FLOOR 3 FISH FILETS AND EXACTLY 94 FRIES ON THE FLOOR I AM DISGUSTED WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AND I DO NOT RECOMEND TO EVER COMWE HERE GO TO BURGER KING INSTEAD

Something for a lonely place over need and get something to eat

It's McDonalds, its what you'd expect to see when u walk in. I'm not there for the decor, just something quick to fill my belly.

HI not to clean washroom .an bad tables .

I was the only customer there when I walked in at 9:30am. So service was quick given that there are no other customers to serve. The ladies who work there chatted away among themselves happily, nothing wrong with that but service can be friendlier. Tables are dirty though. Dried ketchup and crumps on some of the tables are a turnoff.

While in drive through we saw many rats running across the drive through road, the bushes must be full of them

Great service. Only drink the coffee though. Sometimes busy at 12am when I go to work.

Ordered there 2x using the drive through and in both times they forget my bacon. Not fair, bacon is life.

Kind of a sketchy area. Staff are awful. Girl with blue/green hair walks around with her hair down around the food and is super lazy and can’t even be bothered to let you know what time they open. Worst customer service ever. Time to get a new job I think

Disgusting , barely anyone in the restaurant and yet the tables are all dirty, not wiped down and you would think with the virus, cleaning would be top priority. Also ordered table service, and it was done as to go and screwed up

One of the few places open for breakfast. Drive thru is a breeze here during these times.

No issues with staff, food or cleanliness. A mess in the bathroom was quickly being cleaned up. Seems like a standard for most McDonald's, unfortunately some can't hold up to it. This one is better than most. Nice location just off the highway, and near the Patulo Bridge.

Food service was slow drive through, and they don't direct cars that need to wait to use the special waiting spits (which were all empty). I also asked for "no pickles" on my BLT Burger but it had pickles anyway. Food was warm and tasted good though.

Go through drive thru on weekends on my second job, they dont relize I'm a 20 year mc worker at another location fast drive thru friendly and fast:)
